If you want to have your seats shampooed, it is critical to know that the car will be slightly damp when it will be taken back from Crystal Clean. So we recommend that you do this on a day when your car can be left outside your home with your windows down as you need to let air through it.
To properly shampoo a car, we use an upholstery machine which injects a chemical into the seat. We then scrub the seats and suck it out using the same machine. Therefore, it does need air circulated through it otherwise there will be a damp smell in the car.
